I don't think you'd find many people arguing at that point in time that Lundqvist, Mason, Fleury, Holtby, and Bobrovsky could all be considered better goalies.

Yes it appears that was about the time it happened. The first period was fine. It should have been clear that I wS talking about the 2nd period. After that hit by Zac they came out scared And stated getting thrown around like rag dolls and there was no fighting back. They bent over.

It seems like they're affected by the hit and the injuries. What better way to get back at the opposition, than taking control of the game on the PP. The decision making and execution on that PP was woeful.

This might actually be Simmer's strongest game yet, oddly enough. Not great still, but his board play is his usual self. Also had that great rush shot. He's also had some groan worthy turnovers. I've never seen him look so uncomfortable as I have this season. Considering he's bounced between lines and they tend to look better when he gets off them...that's probably on him

Meh, would like to see Giroux benched but I guess that wasn't happening with Coots out. He's had his head up his ass all year. Sometimes I forget hes 27 he looks 37 out there on the downswing of his career the way he lollygags around
