It's a classic bite off your nose to spite your face scenario. Johanssen didn't play in the last 7 minutes or so of the 3rd period in a one goal game. Now I don't know how he was playing, but in a one goal game, don't you need your best offensive players? I was asked during the Boston game if I would bench Giroux for his play in the first period. I answered no. How the 3rd period and OT went is why I wouldn't.

I thought G should've been benched last night for the 2nd. It happens
