I guess it's how you want to spin it.

I'd say his usage was based on his strengths, which is how any player should be used, really.

Overall certainly not, and nobody is saying that he is overall.

It doesn't make him good, but he is a great player. Top 5 offensive defenseman in the league behind Karlsson, Subban and Letang.
