Agreed, especially for a pilot. They're seldom very good, but it did enough to get me to tune in next week to see where things are going. It also helps that one of the guys responsible for Flash and Arrow is also making this show. And Geoff Johns is involved, which can't hurt.

Some people pay good money for that.

So I know that we're all a bit frustrated with the offense right now and their lack of finish, but to put it in perspective, Chicago has played 1 more game than us and has 3 more goals total. That's it.....3.

It seems that we're not the only team struggling to get the puck past the goaltenders. There are plenty of teams with a lot of fire power that are having the same issues.

I think Ristolainan can be a solid #2 d-man, but yeah, a top end guy would be great.

Though, having four #3 d-men is still better than what they've had in recent years.

Today is Risto's birthday. Maybe Murray can get him a new partner as a gift.

I don't like it that math is somehow making its way so deeply into my hockey experience. It' OK when I have to count the number of goals, or determine how much time is left, and maybe even what the magic number might be for the Sabres to make the playoffs, but good DOG this FENWICK and HERO crap boggles my brain.
