Sutter does not belong on this list. He hasnt been spectacular but I would argue he is doing better than Bonino would have.

Hasnt been spectacular was what I meant.

But still doing better that Bones would have IMHO.

Kind of like Pker and Vantel having a throw down... nobody wins.

So continuing oor Brock Boeser from the other day. After watching a few videos and scouting reports, I don't think Kyle Osposo is a great comparable. I'm gonna go with either Mike Cammalarri or JVR.

He's doing just fine with the personnel he has to work with. Like most coaches early in their NHL careers there will be head scratching decisions but that's just life. Biggest concern is how he develops youth and he has a pretty good record with that. Hoping for good things...

Good point. Flames got shut out in Brooklyn tonight. The 2015 coach of the year has yet to win in regulation, nine games into the season.

Only bad news is that one of Calgary's two wins came against Vancouver...

I'm wondering about Boudreau, too. How long will Ducks mgmt tolerate the losing?

If Columbus made the move at 0-7 the Ducks cant be far behind....its pretty bad when you have individuals who have more goals then the whole Ducks team combined

Most here thought Calgary would regress, but those same people also thought the ducks would be a top spot contender. Which is still a very real possibility, although with another coach.

I really don't think Bruce is totally to blame. Though he is by far the worst playoff coach I have ever seen. He has a bunch of prima donnas to work with for his top 2 lines. I think the best young player they had left for greener pastures and was tired of the BS.

Also while not the greatest D ever, Beauchemin was a good leader for that group and not only solidified the back end he brought a veteran presence on and off the ice that more than made up for anything he lacked.

This is still early in the season, once mid-November hits most teams will be where they were expected to be one way or another. People forget that it takes time for teams to figure out lines, their systems and get chemistry going.

7 Players in the league have as many or more goals then the whole Ducks team put together so I wouldnt be shocked if they pulled the trigger and brought someone in
