Part of the problem is all the years of losing before hand...its like the team is just clueless when it comes to playing with leads coz its something they arent used to...but unless we can make a trade for some decent D Men we are (frank)ed

Oilers lose but once Hendricks,Eberle and Reinhart gets back this team is going to start winning more,hopefully Purcell gets replace by Pakarinen on permanent bases,the Oil needs to keep Nurse up, there's nothing for Nurse to learn down the AHL,the Oil is going to have to do something about Ference,so people don't panic the wins are coming.

tambs did nothing to prepare these kids for anything but losing.

feed 18 year old kids to the wolves with zero insulation and wait for another lottery pick.

If this team made better decisions on the ice we would be like 5-5......Im in panick mode but not because this was a playoff team but I expected improvment...to this point our 3-7 record suggest there has been very little

Any teams looking to move a quality Dman are teams who are likely out of contention. Most teams out of contention are out of contention because they lack those quality Dmen much in the way we do. Unless the plan is to trade our 1st this year for a guy like Jack Johnson or to plead to merciful lord that Carolina decides Faulk isn't vital to their future, then there's not much you can do.

Others teams have done the same,and it won be the last for the Oil or other teams,this team with all the players I mention that are not playing will have the Oil winning more games,this team even know is 3-7 is not the same team from the last two seasons,this team today have almost everything that was missing last two seasons,look at the ducks with all the experience etc are struggling,this Oil team will start winning soon,again you can panic etc but I just see things that you don't see that it makes me confidence that this team will turned around.
