That is about the lamest looking crow I ever seen. Did you poison that for a week before it finally died?

That butter knife won't cut into him. He will have to stab him with the fork and then bite the head off.

Anyways....

4th line-- whaaa??? Easily the best line tonight. Burrows was invisible for the most part. Lines 2 and 4 were the straws that stirred the drinks.

I am not worried about the Sedins.

Sheesh! He looks like the guy who cleaned my chimney... and by that I mean... he cleaned my chimney.

Babe Ruth School of Fitness. I want him to drink a beer in the dugout.

That's what happens when you only lose by 1 or in overtime (also by 1, of course).

Does Virtanen stay and Baertschi get dumped? Sven seems useless to date. Virtanen at least hits people and is presumably getting better. Not to rush Jake, but I'm not sure junior has a lot to teach him at this point.

After tonights game I think both JV & JM have made a spot for themselves. I think it was their best game so far. As for Sven, he did have a nice assist on Sbisa's goal and with Prust being out for at least the next 2 games he will be needed. The lines tonight were fun to watch.

So now that the Canucks beat the best team in the league 5-1, does this make the Canucks the best team in the league?

Congrats on the win Canuck fans. Habs were due to lose one and the Canucks were due to win one at home. It wasn't going to be any other way.

The 2015 poll

Habs 40%
Leafs 26%
Sens 24%
Flames 23%
Canucks 23%
Jets 21%
Oilers 17%

that totals 174%
I guess by independent polls you mean stupid polls.

- A_SteamingLombardi

I didn't want to have to explain the poll, but you forced my hand.

In the online survey, 40 per cent of those polled consider themselves big or casual fans of the Montreal Canadiens — by far the highest proportion in the country.

Trailing the Habs in popularity are the Toronto Maple Leafs (26 per cent), the Ottawa Senators (24 per cent), the Calgary Flames (23 per cent), the Vancouver Canucks (also 23 per cent), the Winnipeg Jets (21 per cent) and the Edmonton Oilers (17 per cent).

"The Canadiens and the Canucks are extremely popular in their home provinces, partly because there is no intra-provincial rivalry like the ones we see in Alberta and Ontario," says Mario Canseco, Vice President, Public Affairs, at Insights West.

people indicated which teams they are big or casual fans of. for example, i'd be a big fan of the Canucks and a casual fan of the Habs and Sens, in that order.

You didn't discuss the 2011 poll at all. If you look at full results, which i'm sure you can find using google, since i googled and found them in the past. You'll see as was pointed out in the VanSun article, that the Habs are B.C.'s second favourite team.

exactly. I think those people are in need of some serious counselling and/ or medication.

Unfortunately I think they have been let loose on society...
