It's amazing though... under Babcock we're already down to 28.8 SA/G from 36(!) under Randy, and have improved to 33 shots per game from 28(!) under Randy... the problem is that we're also rocking horrific special teams percentages (while taking too many dumb penalties) and the goalies couldn't stop a beachball right now.

The good news is that these numbers, coupled with the eye test where most agree that they are playing better hockey (apart from goalies, see above) bode well for the future once they can start getting the young drafted talent into the lineup in a few years... add in a good goalie and you're in good shape.

I'd rather Rinne or Price but I doubt they are available so I think we have to go with Reimer or Bernier for the time being. I think considering Reimer's sub 880 SV% our best bet is to go with Bernier. I'd like to hear a anti-Bernier suggestion of what we should do/who we should target
