I know. It's just the way it's going to be. I'm going to enjoy watching both of them play because they're both very special players. I think that maybe Eichel is gripping the stick a bit tighter right now because McDavid has really started putting points up on a nightly basis. He's probably putting too much pressure on himself.

Because unfortunately there are a lot of Buffalo fans that have extremely unrealistic expectations. It's the exact reason why I've always said that it would be a terrible idea to have Pat Kane here. People would have these crazy ideas of what he could do here and I think it would weigh on him eventually.
