Stay the course. Ups and downs will happen with this group. They are in a rebuild phase with too much trash on the actual roster.

It's a year to simply see who should be kept around long term. Giroux, Voracek and Simmonds are still good pieces up front. Continue the path, even it is it painful.

I would rather watch a team full of John Scott's and Matt Cooke's right now. Honestly. At least someone will look like they give some semblance of poop. Straight up embarrassing.

The biggest need for this team should be abundantly clear right now.

Offensive talent throughout the lineup.. If Jake and G arent producing their is literally 0 people to fear on the team.. Not a single player..

Im excited at the defensive prospects about to get here and that will improve the backend but right now the forwards are a bigger concern for me because short of Konecny they have no high end prospects. Hopefully the next few drafts focus on that if they are only building from the draft.

Ups and downs I can live with. Failing to show up for games against weak or equivalent competition for 2 plus years is just sad. And extremely frustrating.

I like Simmonds, honestly do. However he needs to expand his game past a power play specialist.

If you cannot handle the puck 5 on 5 then you need to bring fighting into your game or become more of a pest.

I seriously was thinking the same thing. I rather keep him on this team than most of the rest. I don't get the hate. I mean, no he wasn't worth JVR but nonetheless he is still a decent player

Everything is bad. Not one player outside of Neuvirth looks like they even know what they are doing out there. I guess Luke gets some credit for fighting but he is borderline useless anyway so what the (frank) ever
