The forecheck in particular. Teams wait for the flyer forwards to get in too far and quickly pass it by them to transition. Leaving the team continuously chasing.

A faster team honestly would do wonders. I don't buy the notion that these guys don't work hard. Well I suppose to a point I do but when you are constantly chasing the puck and losing races it's going to make you look bad.
