I know it's only 10 games in and Hexy is a patient man, but even he has to be as frustrated if not more so than us. You would hope this team snaps out of it, but I see drastic changes come February. - Pelle31Forever
Not just 10 games. For a few guys these problems span multiple seasons. |

Hakstol is desperately searching for workable line combinations...not sure if that is making things worse or not. Certainly doesn't seem to be helping all that much. |

Hextall is going to make a move at some point. These kids have value. The mix is just really, really poor. |

Hakstol needs to strap these kids to that machine from Clockwork Orange that forces your eyelids to stay open and just have John Leclair shifts playing on repeat. |

I guess my issue is, that it's a repeat of seasons past.
New system, new coach, but the same old lack of discipline and inability to execute exists. You're going to have bad nights, but you can't let them become two bad nights, or a bad week, because then you get buried under an avalanche.
Coming off an uneven performance, then a flat out bad performance, I wanted to see the Flyers come out like Mongol warriors, and play a forceful game with a lot of fire and really take it to them. Instead, they couldn't match the Sabres intensity, got badly out played and showed little emotion until the end when Read got run by Georges.
We all know it's going to be an up and down year, but you can't have games like the last two, where it looks like you didn't even show up. |

I'm ok with losses this season, as long as there is progress in the loss. This entire week was a backslide to last season. |

I'm not sure how much progress we can expect, or in what form. I guess the one area the players control night in/night out is how hard they work, their effort every shift, and the Flyers could certainly use some improvement there. |

I'm ok if they lose. I expect an up & down season in terms of wins and losses. What I don't want is teams skating off with easy wins. Last two nights, the Flyers got dominated. That needs to stop. |

I get the wanting to focus on Matthews, but if you do then you are ignoring the load of talent the 2016 could have to offer.
Have a broad group to keep an eye on and you won't be disappointed should they not win the lottery (hopefully things turn around). |
