Has Zads been a bust for you guys? I thought Roy hadn't been playing him a lot and fans were wanting to see more of him. He's the piece I didn't want to give up for ROR and still wish we hadn't.

No he hasnt been a bust, hes been solid for almost every game he played so far, had a rough last 2, Roy sat him as more of a take a breather kid sort of move.

Its just impatient fans who want the same impact return that you guys have with ROR. Since Zads and Grigo are not top in the league, some people are crying about it. As Sakic and Roy said, those 2 are projects. They are going to take their time and build them into the players they think they can be, not just throw them out there hoping to succeed.

Im getting a little impatient since they have been solid in limit roles, I would like to see the training wheels taken off Grigo, not so much Zads since hes been one of the best Dmen on the team since EJ and Barrie have been really underwhelming so far this season

Hes been good in the 4th line too, lots of little plays that you go wow thats pure skill.
Just need to see him on the PP, he would really shine there. But Roy just isnt ready to take time away from one of his vets...like in Mitchell

the Gingo has skill. he was very poorly used in buffalo by management. i think in 5 years neither team will be a clear cut winner of the trade. I almost think that if there is a clear cut winner it will be the Avs since they got more quantity than buffalo. Zads has top pair potential and gringo could be top 6. buffalo got a hell of a player and an ok player. Plus you got two high potential prospects with the pick and Compher

No since they have Bigras down there getting big minutes, its not like hes getting terrible minutes, around 18 mins a night.

It was bad luck for him when Barrie got suspended, he was finally up with him, but since they lost all those 3 games, Roy put everything in the blender. If Barrie didnt get a 3 game, he would be getting more minutes

wouldnt be shocked to see Compher play this season with the Avs after Mich season ends, dont think they are considered a frozen four caliber team.

You can take that as one of two things IMO.

One: she knows she has no case because it didn't happen

Two: her mothers actions hurt and the scrutiny the family has been getting since that information came out is too much for her to handle.

If she refuses to cooperate I don't see a civil lawsuit happening either.

That was another idea but from what I was told by someone in the know who knew the bag thing was coming they haven't spoken about a settlement and PK is fighting this the entire way.
