Luke Schenn at around 4 for 3 years for a RHD , decent shot can fight. Defensive skills need working on.

And if Schultz is available , I would target him also .

You can have youth , grit , offensive skill for the PP . You could fit all three in for Vrbata and Hamhuis cap space

He can shoot the puck but handling it and making decisions is not his strongest skill (I find it odd he is PP1 or nothing, he could easily be the top of the umbrella on the second unit with anyone else taking puck handling duties). Weber is the guy the Sedins want on their unit, but really can be replaced with any right handed D with a shot.

This is what I am saying. At this point we dont have better options, so showing Hamhuis the door and replacing him with worse players doesnt help make our young guys any better, nor does it guarantee them a clearer path to more opportunity
