Hammer was playing pretty physical for his size this season... was playing solid I thought. He did make some noticeable blunders but seemed to be on his game over all.

I'd like them to sit Weber and play Biega for a game or two.

By the amount of people who jut mentioned McDavid in here, I'd say the media saturation is working as intended.

Hamhuis can no longer carry his pairing. He used to be able to take a 5/6/7d and make it work. He now needs a real top 4d partner who can carry his own weight.

I can see why the Bruins deemed Bartkowski expendable. His lack of consistency doesn't work if he's expected to play "real" minutes. His skating and puck handling can be terrific but he makes a lot of mental mistakes.

The team has a second pairing, a future top pairing D and a declining 3-4.

The rest can only work if you have two good top pairings.

To be honest, I think winter is coming. That's okay though. We all knew a major rebuild was needed.

If McClavicle is sooo damn special he would have played the rest of the game and scored.
