2 Assists!!!

I know that we are winning 2-0 right now but it almost looks like we are skating in quicksand today or is Vancouver just that much faster then us?

Howdy buddy, feels like I haven't seen you in a bit. I guess it's good for gate? But it's annoying, leads to low energy games, and royally f's up my drinking schedule.

Not for the gate, they purposely got more, so they will have less back to backs. Since their game is at 1 pm today, they are not allowed a friday night game, and I know they went for some Sunday games at 1, so they would get more Friday night games instead of Saturday nights

I forgot who, might have been Murray, mentioned this on wgr before the season started.

i think in some aspect we are slowing the game down with players like o reilly and eichel and in another aspect it could be because its an early game

The Sabres are slowing the play down when they have the puck. But defensively as a team the Sabres are slow

I have to say I really like this Ennis Eichel and Reinhart line

i dont think anyone has really mentioned it much but samsons game has taken big steps. Some of his passes are absolutely beautiful, not to mention hes not afraid to shoot. Another note: goosie always referred to pysyk having a great outlet pass, im really starting to take an appreciation in it.

Eichel is just incredible. Every game he does stuff that makes me go WOW!

He's been really good today with that first pass.

I think Reinhart playing with Eichel takes some pressure off of him and opens up some creativity for him to make those pretty passes.

very true. anyone on a line with eichel is going to benefit with the amount of focus and man power the enemy invests in him, it really opens up the ice for the other guys

That's good, he needs to be better than he has been, he's only 45% on draws so far this season. It's far and away the weakest part of his game.

Not sure what gives with this team today but they are not skating nor passing well.
