You gain confidence as a young player by being put in certain situations, McCann will get better and make better plays by just being out there.

Same with the 3 on 3 the other night, McCann looked like he just wanted to pass the puck and get rid of it, but, if they keep putting him out there he'll start to try to make things happen offensively. That's how you grow as a young player.
