Weird game. On the one hand, that was probably the hardest game to watch since the last month of the Torts Season--the pk was embarrassingly bad, the pp was embarrassingly bad--but on the other hand, Hansen had four points and the first line killed it. And Markstrom had a hell of a game. I honestly don't know how to rate this one. Weird fcking game. - CubanBuffet

I have the best team in the pool, not sure how you think you had a chance to begin with. |

So, in what way are Weber and Edler useful to this team at this point? With a transition to new defensement taking over, at this point I would not mind seeing Edler traded for a big asset as teams still covet him, and hammer resigned for 1-2 more seasons until a younger Defenseman shows he has what it takes. |

Loved seeing them replay the time Torts was yelling at Hanson on the bench; good to see Hansen show his old coach what he's capable of.
Hated seeing Connauton play a good game, physical and good puck possession. He's a big guy that can handle the front to of the net.

Edler >> Hamhuis - LeftCoaster
Exactly why I would trade him. Hammer is getter for Defense and Edler offense. Trade Edler and get Hutton 1st line PP. Hutton will be better than Edler IMO. Edler might get us a blue chip prospect and maybe a pick from a team looking to win a cup this year. I would still dish Hammer at TDL as well before we resign him. But this will help us long term, whereas having both doesn't really help us at all for the next few years. |
