Not shocking happening in France, with their ever-growing radical muslim population.

I actually think this world would be much better without religion.
It doesn't mean you don't believe in God.
You can believe in God, and have no religion, and have a great life.

Better than Clarke, Ratelle, Trottier, Shutt., Unger, Sittler and Redmond. Lafleur, Espo and Dionne were better.

MHP - I am late to this discussion but I totally agree. You and I are in the same age bracket (old) and Perreault was "the man". My favourite player of all time - full stop. He is the reason I have been a Sabres fan my entire life. In my humble opinion, during Perreault's peak year's, only Bobby Orr was better. Both were incredibly exciting and could change the momentum to a game with an end-to-end rush - something you rarely see today.

I also agree that the Dominator is right up there. Nobody dominated his position like him during his Sabres years.

In 2014 Norway deported all radical muslims and their whole families and their crime rate went down 31%. Poland will only take in Christian refugees.

I went to that game at the aud against the Russians. They played fantastic, beat them 12-6 I think. This town went crazy!
- mhp

I was at the Sabres vs CSKA Moscow game on Jan 3, 1980 at the Aud. It was a few days after the Soviets invaded Afghanistan and everyone hated/didn't trust the red commie buggers. Incredible tension in the arena that night. Sabres won 6 - 1. Probably the most intense sporting event I have ever attended.

It's not that simple. if you make it a blanket policy you're forcing millions out at the expense of maybe 100. And if you employ a policy like Poland you look like your stuck in the medieval ages.

Not so. They are only deporting the radicals. All have some sort of criminal record. They just don't renew their visas. Poland is just plain smart, IMO. The radicals bring the medieval ages with them and their sick interpretations of the Quaran.

His post was "get the muslims the hell out of there" far cry from "get the terrorists out of there".

I didn't know about the polish policy till just now, but i imagine they don't have the resources to take in too many refugees in the first place.

As the team gets better and starts building real rivalries the fights will definitely come back.

Or Poland was oppressed by Russia then occupied by Germany and never want to get in that position again. Imagine muslims becoming a majority in any of those small countries. Next they get voted into power. France practically is in lockdown. Who needs that if you can avoid it. The non radical muslims have no backbone and won't denounce the radicals.

Could be, but says here that they eventually gave into allowing 5000 in which speaks to resources as well (which is fine really).

I'm no expert but i feel like you wind up denouncing yourself when you decide to go radical. Other problem being that nobody will take the community seriously when they publicly denounce (which they have repeatedly but am guessing North American media isn't too interested in that?)

Well, there was an insanely huge event that happened tonight that affects all of our lives. It's going to be talked about. People are emotional. At least those paying attention and not totally wrapped in their distraction based entertainment.

It's scary because the French are no slouches, yet they missed all six attacks. It could happen here....again.

The Muslim religion is a very peaceful one. It's these extremist groups that make it out to be a bad name. I have a huge problem with these so called "religious" groups using religion as a front for their sadistic agendas.

It is time for the world to unite against these radical armies without countries trying to scare the citizens of the free world. Will it happen? No but damn it I've had enough. The French were one of the first countries to stand by the United States after 9/11.

Agree. It's frightening that such a large coordinated attack could go undetected. The Boston bombing was 2 whacked out scrubs, but this was clearly bigger.

They aren't trying to scare us, that is a misconception. That don't say to themselves "Yes, now the westerners must have pat downs at sports events. Exactly what we wanted. Muhwahaahaa!!!". They are part trying to kill as many westerners as possible and part just trying to see themselves on the news. People that do this clearly have nothing to live for.

Best post of the day

I blame all Muslims...they have collectively claimed their religion is one of peace, but they have not denounced the radical Muslims...cause me to seriously wonder why and therefore question the validity / candor of their claims.
