Can we talk about the salmon prices? Although it is a little cheaper here, Costco back home was $36 for a medium half salmon. - LeafMan
Was that the Costco in Ethiopia ?

ground flaxseed - daeth
at least eat some sardines.
Very high concentration of good fatty acids, but low enough on the food chain that there isn't much to worry about with regards to mercury.
Also, very tasty on toasted rye with butter.

When you factor in strength in schedule the Leafs should be 16 in the league. Maybe they can.

I've said for 2yrs running Bernier is not a #1 goalie.
Lousy trade n he's a waste of space.
It does 't matter if on a rebuild or past meltdowns he has never proven or earned #1 status. I've maintained Reimer is n always was better. - Nighthawk
I've always said he's the second coming of Raycroft.

I dont mean to tout my own horn but I called them finishing 8th in the east in wedgies prediction.
And I called it because of the Babcock effect.
Now I know it's November and we are still closer to last then a playoff position but the team is playing a hell of a lot better this season. They finally have structure and don't look confused as hell out there

ehhhhhhh
I think it's technically wild if it's kept in a natural body of water... but that doesn't mean it can't be farmed in that natural body of water.
It's best not to think too hard about these things.

Re: the food discussion, yeah I can't believe how expensive beef has gotten this year.
For chicken I do a whole roasted chicken every week, then the carcass goes into stock. That's still reasonable. If I cut up a batch of wings I always keep the tips in the freezer for stock too, along with celery and carrot ends and so on, freeze 'em until stock day.
I may have to start eating more pork due to these prices, I'm just not very experienced with pork. I have to develop some go-to pork recipes.
Also, hemp seeds and hemp seed derived products are a great source of omega 6 and 3, in fact the ideal ratio.
In conclusion, Go Leafs (frank)ing Go.
