The OHL & QMJHL are better setup for travel with games the WHL teams have the furthest to travel for games so it will vary.

Not my opinion but the reason people will only focus on the consensus BPA is JVR, Pat Fallon, Evan Turner Syndrome. Its rare that drafts turn out Ovi, Malkin or McDavid Eichel.

Mathews has been touted as a bonafide #1 for a few years. Draftheads know about Chychren, Tkachuck and the Finn but I suspect more people will become familiar with them around WJC time

Flyers are positioning themselves to get a hell of a player. Tkachuk would look pretty great here. Chychrun would be a welcome addition and maybe allows them to move a D prospect to address other needs. The good news is that there a bunch of wingers at the top of this draft which is pretty clearly where we need a lot of help.

That's great news. Kind of rare to get a crop of natural wingers right at the top. Lets get the top LW prize. Not because there's a glaring hole on the top line. But someone mentioned it before there's just not many great ones around the league

If I'm going to watch I don't want to see an embarrassing poop show. I prefer to end each game without hemorrhoids, my eyes gauged out, and in desperate need of Propofol just to get to sleep that night. Seeing Black Hole Lecavalier puts me dangerously close.

They're not a good team, but does anyone honestly think they'll be the worst in hockey? Really -- they're not even that right now, and they're seriously due for positive regression. They'll probably finish 5-7th worst and get a solid player. Probably have a decent chance of winning a lottery pick. If they lose while giving it a good go I'm not beat up about it. I still go into games wanting a win, at least an entertaining game, and for our young guys and stars to do well. Can't root for failure, but I can see the silver lining if it happens. Just fail gracefully and get young Auston

They should be able to squeak out a 1-0 win with a PP goal . You are in luck they are playing a team that is just as offensively inept.
