How's everyone doing at he quarter pole in HB? So far I'm 7-0 with 3270.5 points with a 64.5 point lead and one game on 2nd place. And I'm 13th in the "free league". Although those rankings don't make a ton of sense, because there are undefeated teams with more points than 1 loss teams who are ranked lower in the "wild cards". The team "The Captain" has 3259.5 points, is 7-0, but is ranked 42nd. "St. Paul Thuggz" has 3238 points, is 6-1 and is ranked 33rd. How does that make sense? 22.5 points and 1 game better, but somehow ranked 9 places lower. Right now I'm ranked right where I should be, so whatever.

I think with Reinhart you get a lot of the small little things that will make a difference more later on. He's the type of guy that's going to make a huge difference in really big games because of how smart of a player he is.

Seems that goalie is never really a huge issue for the franchise.

That said, if he doesn't allow that really, really soft goal, it could have made a difference on Saturday. Playing down 1 and playing even is a bit different. Especially against a team like Dallas.

I did too, but they've had to play from behind a lot lately and that has to be getting into their heads a bit. I think it could have been a whole different ball game had they been equal. At least through the 1st period.

And don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. I think they've played really well considering they're in a really tough stretch of their schedule. I'd like for them to have gotten more points in this stretch than they have, but realistically, they're hanging in there for the full 60 minutes with teams that are Cup contenders and the games have been entertaining for the most part.

I'd like for the team to be a bit more cohesive and have a bit more chemistry at this point in the season, but with the injuries they've had, the sheer number of new faces, and a brand new coaching staff, it's not surprising to me that they're not there yet.
