To me that would make it even easier to get out of i would think, how can they prove you were driving? Are they going to take you to court over $16 with no proof? Other than a picture of your license plate?

there are some weak teams in the east and i do not rate the sabres as one of them. i rate them as good with a lt of young players and a new coach; which just means inconsistency will show up from time to time.

i suspect they will be a bubble team. a lot of that will depend upon how the younger players deal with the full schedule of ups and downs. my guess is they will finish anywhere from sixth to no lower than ten. unless they struggle with their low points or have some major injury issues.

No, what they'll do is keep accruing interest, and tell you that you have an unpaid liability at the border the next time you try to get in, and not let you in until you pay it with that interest.

5. In the US, the law would apply even on a private road, if the private road was awarded a government franchise.

6. They make the toll owed by the owner of the vehicle, not the driver.

It really is a shame that you can't overpay your bill in that account and let the interest accrue the same way they accrue when you have an unpaid liability. That would be quite the rate of return.

We had all been thinking about prior to this season, and with the season at the quarter mark, I thought it'd be a good time to take a look at that the team has and what they need going forward while knowing that some of this will change as players develop at different paces.

The best forward lines I could come up with based on where I think each player is ideally suited (1st line, 2nd line, 3rd line, etc.) are as follows:

Blank, Eichel, O’Reilly OR Blank, Eichel, Blank
Kane, Reinhart, Blank OR Kane, O’Reilly, Reinhart
Moulson, Girgensons, Ennis
Foligno, Larsson, Gionta

The best defense pairings, based on the same idea as above, are as follows:

Blank, Ristolainen
Pysyk, Bogosian
McCabe, Franson
Gorges

It is no surprise that the team is lacking a top 2 defender.

By my count, the team needs two top 6 players, and you could even argue that the team needs two top line wingers to play with Eichel if you believe in the potential of a second line like Kane, O’Reilly, Reinhart as I do.

Aside from drafting relatively highly again this year, or getting lucky in the lottery and ending up with a top 3 pick, getting those 3 key positions filled is going to be VERY tricky. They don't exactly have a ton to trade and I am not sure how the free agent class looks the next two seasons.

Logic would say that he missed half of last season due to a concussion, which can be an injury known to have lingering effects.

Logic would also say that during his first regular season game back in the lineup (from the prior injury), he injured his "high ankle", while in his crease..........Alone.

I don't know about you, but those series of events would certainly have me concerned about his reliability, and durability

I think that's high shooting to try and get Yandle and Okposo. There are definitely going to be contenders going for both of them even if they both make UFA.
