I will not be upset if we finish bottom 5 knowing one more legitimate shot at the lottery is what this team really needs. Rooting for them to overachieve and not being terribly upset when they lose is a treat compared to being terrified of winning and blowing up a tank job.

No way murray should be on the hot seat yet. He made some big trades and it raised expectation throughout the fan base. I believe he knows the downward trend is undoubtedly over, but the rebuilding work is not over yet. That includes letting a young team struggle for possibly an entire season without overreacting.

I would hope t pegs is still on board with that.

Also, im not even sure i would consider the way they play as overachieving. With the lack of goal scoring to support the level of play it might be underachieving. Which is where i suppose your frustration originates.

0-4-2 in their last 6, could easily be 3-2-1.
