I know, but you get what it means...you can't just send a healthy guy who's playing down to the minors on a conditioning stint without a good reason. If he has to go on waivers and they use the stint...it's up to the league what sort of penalty we face.

What is a poor/average/good/elite shooting percent?

Poor=Kadri right now 3%
Average=6-9
Good=Bozak's career average
Elite=15-20 %

Obviously he needs to go awhile without playing before being put on a conditioning stint... But he is coming off an injury, and not playing well. They could say he should have gone down right after the injury, and that they made a mistake, or some poop like that.
