I didn't say he's a top line player. But he is a top 6 forward so if you're going to move the one top 6 RW you have you'd better have a plan to replace that.

I know he's far from perfect (tough start this year as well) but a top 6 guy at 4.6 mil is a pretty good thing to have.

They are(wingers) interchangeable and "if" they can do a trade for Fowler(with pieces added on either side) I'd do it.

Are they remaining open until the new place is up and running or do they have to shut down then build and reopen?

I hope for their sake they are allowed to remain open. Closing down for that long can sometimes be tricky when it comes to customers.

Just curious if you could explain your reasoning... Eberle's scored 60+ points in 3 out of his 4 full seasons in the league and has averaged 0.78 PPG across his career to date. Yakupov on the other hand hasn't broken more than 33 points in a single season and has averaged 0.46 PPG across his career. Eberle's had the advantage of playing with better players (mainly in RNH & Hall), but the argument can be made that Yakupov certainly has had multiple chances to earn a spot on the the top line and has repeatedly failed to do so.

I'm not bashing you at all, just curious as to why you think Yakupov is a better fit. There's quite a few people who are still pretty high on Yakupov, and I don't quite understand why after his largely disappointing career to date.

No worries bud. At least you politely disagree. Yak was on pace for a career year before McDavid went down. I think his style of play will better compliment Eichel's game. Eberle is more like a Stafford IMO. Obviously much better then Stafford but same type of player IMO. Eberle always gets injured too. I don't think he has a full season under his belt yet.

Almost all wingers are inconsistent throughout an 82 game season. He's obviously got the talent to be one and is on a very reasonable contract.

He's not untouchable, but lets not pretend like he's just some guy you add in to a trade to sweeten the deal.

new years eve is last day, new place opens around march
liquor license was up at end of year anyhow

it had been in the works for 6 months, they want to put condos on that land

my brother in law is so connected, it shouldn't be an issue, plus foot traffic was dropping
