Grilled wings

Fresh wings, Tuck the wing tip under the knuckle. to form a triangle. Put in a large bowl. Pour 3/4 bottle of franks hot sauce in . toss to coat. re-fridge for at least an hour. Put grill on high to about 450-500.
Put wings on top rack. baste. close lid and lower temp to med. 15min turn and baste. close lid. another 15 min, repeat till the way you want them (crispy or extra crispy) KEEP LID CLOSED or they take forever.

Pulled Porkkkk

Pork Shoulder Roast (Around 3-4 lbs.)

1 Cup BBQ sauce

1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Canada Dry Ginger Ale

1/4 Cup Mandarin Oranges

1 Chopped Onion

Chili Peppers (discretionary amounts)


Put all in slow cooker on low for 7-8 hours until it all just pulls apart. Serve on buns.

Lots tend to use rootbeer. I like to put ginger ale with just about any pork I cook.

Spinach Salad


3 slices center-cut bacon
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 (9-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan, and crumble.
2. Combine bacon, grape tomatoes, red onion, and baby spinach in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add the balsamic mixture to spinach mixture; toss well.
