I think one of those prospect sites like HockeysFuture listed him as having the "Best Slap Shot" of all prospects when they did a Rangers prospect superlative thing last year. It's definitely a rocket.

I've been very disappointed with his play thus far but I'm trying my best to be optimistic. Still a lot of hockey left to be played so hopefully he can turn this around

I think if Kreider is legitimately on the market, it would be in a package for a 25+ goal scorer. Like JVR or Eberle. Or maybe a swap for Nichushkin who has been struggling to produce in Dallas.
