Hansen is not a third liner he has greater value than a number one draft pick . Ask anyone here . We discussed this at lengths last week.

I know Kempe is a very good prospect. Grenier will be in the NHL next year , Hansen is a very decent player and a second rounder has a better chance than a third rounder .

If Jets were looking to add just one piece Kempe then it would be better to wait until UFA . If they want three pieces they would take our deal

If we could get a 1st for Hansen, I take that over your package for Buff. I doubt Buff would resign with a team like Van anyways.

And at this point you don't know if grenier will ever be more than a Kyle Clifford ...similar junior numbers ...but Kyle cracked a Stanley cup winners lineup and grenier played ahl

Ya I was referring to Kempe, he sounds bottom 6. not interested. I would consider buf core too, but he's got to be locked up if he comes.

For Trade, people are often suggesting Tinordi from Montreal.... What about N. Beaulieu....would be a huge upgrade as far as a puck moving dman.


Not sure on cost but I would give up an asset for a puck moving 1st round pick.

One thing not mentioned here is both Shink n JV had recent surgeries for a hip n a shoulder. Those 2 surgeries both basically says write off one season hence delaying both of their developments. So too early to say much other than potential is still high.
