Sopel was a good D for the BlackHawks not so much as a Canuck - VANTEL
He was good.
I was kidding about him being a great, but he always struck me as a dude.

I hope salo comes and shows our D how to do it right. He was tough as nails.
I have much respect for salo as even after getting several painful injuries from blocking shots (caved in face needing surgery....testicle the size of a grapefruit) he never once hesitated from doing it. Friggin warrior. - SMBDragon

The franchise really needs to find a #1 guy sooner than later. I see they signed Brisebois today.

When he was here. He is ok . I am not sure if it was preseason or young guns. He looks like he will take 3-5 years to make it |

That injury was going to happen anyways....and honestly that's how they usually come on as well symptomatically... Doing something menial. 100% Was Herniated disc... would have happened anyhow, just funny in its timing. Which is actually normal. Truth is it was already there just not producing nerve compression yet.
Remember guys this is my field of medicine.
then it was penner during his time in LA who had same thing while at IHOP eating pancakes. |

I would lean more to the 4 or 5 years
I think he will play at least 2 on the Comets
I will say Neill will be ready before him |

RHD 6'3 drafted this year's 5 th round . he is about the same as Brisebois . A little bigger and more offence . I think his advantage is being the RHD as Brisebois is LHD |

Bourdon is the last time I even remember us drafting a dman in the first round. Ohlund is the best that I have watched. Like a noble basset hound, but ideally still a number 2 guy IMO. - neem55
Canucks didn't draft him, but Cam Barker is the last top rated D to suite up me thinks |

Gillis signed him to a PTO and he made the team as the #8 guy.
Lefty, wasn't Barker #1 overall as well? |

My bad.
True story, after a game one night, me and the guys were out on the town, totally juiced. At the Roxy, this guy comes up to me thinking I'm Jovo, won't leave me alone and won't believe me when I tell him I'm just some guy out for drinks. Almost got in a fight. |

Maybe now the female doging about Frank Corrado can start. We seem to be at his level of depth chart now while he sits in the Tim Hortons at the ACC. |

I think you do what John Davidson did to Gillis. When the time presents itself you twist a few screws in the back to show them what they did was not cool |
