shocked theres been more whining about FC than over the waste of 2nd on Vey. Guy cant even play in AHL right now - SMBDragon
Meh - I don't mind him using a 2nd to try and close the talent gap created by previous administrations. We still had our own 2nd which they used to select Demko I believe. |

Canucks didn't draft him, but Cam Barker is the last top rated D to suite up me thinks - 1970vintage
They drafted him 10th overall... who knows how long ago 2006 draft? |

Maybe now the female doging about Frank Corrado can start. We seem to be at his level of depth chart now while he sits in the Tim Hortons at the ACC. - Beatle_john
After all, Frankie seems to be having a better season than McNally |

Don't know . I think he's Bennings guy more than mine TBH. I think he will be a future 4 th liner here still |

Legit question here. I am watching the Calgary Buffalo game. From all the flames fan talk I thought they had 4 legit #1 D men in Gio, Brodie, Hamilton and Russell? So why are they sucking so bad? |

Wasn't calling you out, it was a serious question. You seem to follow the guys you like in their minor careers. Just wondering I he was able to stick in the A or if he was down with the K-Wings. |

Correct me if I'm wrong Vantel, but I always assumed that Stewart was your way of getting under Nucker's skin. I thought it was pretty funny because it never failed. |

What's a Corrado? It sounds like a Lada brand pickup truck. |

The wife and I have been working our way through Seinfeld and the third season has got to be one of the strongest seasons of television there has ever been. |

Who cares. 7th round pick. But he has been as expected, struggling in the ahl. Fighting occasionally and struggling to keep up to the pace of play. He is a project, which is ok for a 7th rounder. They converted him from D to wing |

I never followed him in Jr. I like his size and he is a fighter . They are trying to build him it seems. He is a natural D and they are trying to turn him into a winger. He is a longshot.
He has played 4 games for the Comets and I think he has 4 fights. We may see him up in a few years as a specialty guy |

I did indeed take a few playful pokes at Nucker with MS just to tease him. |

I know I am becoming a big fan of JB. Ther guy knows how to build, and draft.
I was pissed at WD . I thought last night was the first time in a long time that coaching played an important part of the game , and this time WD won |

Yeah, know all the back story stuff, I was asking how he's doing and now I've had to go look for myself, thanks for nothing For a player that should never have been drafted, I think it's a pretty good sign that he's earning an AHL salary when guys like Fox, Bloomstrand, Valk and Cederholm are all playing for the K-Wings in the ECHL. Funnily enough, with their old teammate Mallet. |

Indeed. Like most long time Canuck fans we know all that matters at this stage is drafting and development. Paying more than market for players to fill the gap is immaterial. Another year of solid picks and we may be in contention quicker than anticipated |

He is a Project for sure. Not the first time JB has tried this. He did it with a Bruins 4 th liner also once before . It worked out well.
I give JB credit for trying things like Vey Clendenning Sven. |

I enjoyed Seinfeld very much outside of jerrys atrocious acting. But the best there's ever been? No ... Big Bang is way better and stronger show than Seinfeld. Pick any season it won't matter. However I wouldn't be surprised if there's a connection in the writters etc because they have several people from Seinfeld in big bang and I also feels it has a similar film style....usually filmed entirely within an apartment....they all just walk in the door at the main characters apartment etc.
add in many people from Roseanne and blossom....that's a lot of television show experience...no wonder its doing so well. |
