Agreed. If nothing else it takes some of the pressure off everyone in the top 4, though i'd prefer it if they brought another d-man in first.

Yes and no. You are correct to a point. You can use speakerphone, but you cannot be HOLDING the phone at all. Talking on it is supposed to be hands free. That's the part people don't realize.

Subsection (2)(b) makes it illegal for anyone to input or review any data for the purpose of messaging (by way of text email or similar transmission) or to access the worldwide web.

Subsection (2)(a) makes it illegal for anyone to operate a motor vehicle while "USING" a mobile telephone to engage in a call - but the definition of "USING" means only holding a mobile telephone to, or in the immediate proximity of, the user's ear. [That definition is in subsection (1)(c).]

This team still stinks. The only players I care about watching are Eichel, Risto, Reinhart, O'Reilly, Kane and Ullmark. Everyone else is an largely ineffective plug on a team a long way from being competitive in this league.

my frustration level peaked with the 2011-12 sabres between the lucic/miller incident and the 8-3 loss at Pittsburgh in December of that season...threw up my hands and reconciled myself to the fact that the rebuild would be coming and that it would be a long haul

I don't think they are that bad. Still young and disorganized. They have the talent , just need the coach to put the pieces in the right spots and get the puck into the other teams net. Our team accuracy and finish is not there.

ROR has cooled off a bit recently as well
