I do watch him play. So does every single person on this forum who disagrees with you. We all think he's more or less a replaceable third pairing guy. So everyone else's eye sees something contrary to your own. So either we all are correct or we are all wrong.

Lastly, if you're so convinced you're right, and I'm wrong, why is the majority of your post here, about me, rather than MacDonald? Seems as though you have a personal issue, which is a line of discussion I have no interest in participating in. If you want to discuss MacDonald, I'd be happy to.

He is as good of a player as arguably, 4 of the defenseman on the team currently.

He certainly has had consistency issues, especially last season. It's not uncommon for a player to put too much pressure on himself when signing a big contract.

I am ANAL (no censors, not that kind) about aspect ratio. I hate when premium channels cut the image off. Plus I just love old movies. Friends used to joke that I have a built in movie encyclopedia. They're kind of right.

On my DVR I have the White/Red/Blue trilogy by Kieslowski (not old but TCM so...), Blow Up, A Face in the Crowd, Key Largo, On the Waterfront, Belle de Jour, M, Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Yojimbo, From Here to Eternity, I Vitelloni, East of Eden, McCabe and Mrs Miller, Tokyo Story, North by Northwest, Touch of Evil, Age of Innocence, Asphalt Jungle, River Kwai, Foreign Correspondent, Giant, Witness for the Prosecution, Casablanca

I have seen about 1/4 of those before, but I am just (frank)ing overwhelmed haha. I can't decide what to watch and I am not very frivolous with my movie watching. I really have to be focused and in the mood. Like I said. Anal. It's a problem.

I've provided tons of insight concerning MacDonald, since he has become a Flyer. This is not a new discussion. I've also had numerous discussions with that poster concerning MacDonald in the past. My opinion is well documented. I'm not interested in a discussion or agenda that doesn't have anything to do with the sport or the players.
