Burrows cap space in the summer would be much nicer being used to signing someone better long term - VANTEL
Idk who that would be tbh
Rather not spend it n use when the time is right. |

I suggested Schenn earlier in the year and still feel the same. At this time he would be the best fit, but like I said buyer beware. Our D would be grittier
My ideal trade would be Burrows for Schenn - VANTEL
Burrows is not overpaying but Hammer is? explain. Cap hit ? |

made the same suggestion about 2 weeks ago that we get him here based on physical play.
I wouldn't move burrows though. Weber ok....or like 3/4th rd pick
schenn and tinordi can be good additions....we need size,, physical play, toughness on D. I say add both
although to add both we may have to make cap space? - SMBDragon
The Hansen experiment on the Sedin line will soon be at an end so it would be nice to see Burrows get one last tour with the Sedins to get going.
But also it's time for Burrows to move on. Tough one for JB.
The Weber experiment needs to end and if we can pry L Schenn out of PHI waht else would it take to get B Schenn to be a part of that deal as well? We need secondary scoring as bad as we need tough D like Tinordi/Schenn so maybe Weber/Burrows/Higgins + could get L Schenn/B Schenn/+ here...

how much longer on his contract?
personally I like him and see continued use for him. we'd miss him immemsely - SMBDragon

I dont think that would work for philly, Brayden i imagine has alot of value, but id love to get both Schenns |

More teams would take on a rental for an old player over a player who is 35 years old and a year and a half left.
Burrows 0 points in last 8 games I think.

We need a second line forward next year . Your chances of finding a better 2 nd line center with Vrbatas 5 mil and Burrows 4.5 mil instead of Vrbatas cap space alone |

There you go
Comparing Hamhuis and Burrows is like asking which one will be the worst liability at the end of the year. They both need to go . If you get a chance to move them take it , I guess |

Absolutly move them, cant see Burrows getting much but at least something makes it worth it. The way things are going im thinking were defiently in lotto pick this year, not top picks but maybe a Dante Fabbro high kinda pick |

Much as I would love to win the Chychrun sweepstakes, Fabbro would be a great step. maybe Sean Day in the second round... I can dream. |

Hopefully they change it if he didn't really get one. I thought it was Seabrook to Panarin to Keith? - LeftCoaster
It was Seabrook to Kane to Keith to Panarin back to Keith. |

Fair enough, shouldn't have been a second assist then. Don't care either way really, just focused on it due to the streak. Fantastic player though! |

I slowed down the replay . Keith made a pass and a shot on that play. It looked like there was three players involved when in fact there was 2 .
The assist to Kane is good |

Radim Vrbata
Higgins
subban - VANTEL
how does that help the team?
Umberger makes 4.6 million for two more years, Higgins makes 2.5 million for two more years...they both suck.
Vrbata and L. Schenn are on expiring contracts so you're basically trading a quality young dman for a 2nd round pick and adding two million to our cap? |

Umburger was drafted by us and promised never to dawn a Canucks jersey, if I remember correctly. Also, he is a plug. |

I had changed it to Burrows I made a mistake.
We need a center while Sutter is gone. We also need a RHD.
We talked about it all year Vrbata for a second, Flyers need scoring
Burrows Umberger identicle contracts. We can also use Umberger for next years 4 th line centre for one year
Schenn for Subban I think that is a fair offer . We get our Dman they get their prospect
Vrbata for the second.
Burrows for Umberger a push , both struggling , both replace position of weakness for both teams |
