Jarret Stoll on waivers.

Pick him up for faceoff help?

yep.

I hate the fights off the face off where they are jawing and just drop the gloves when the puck drops. Should be an automatic ejection for both players. that would be proper game management.

The same with some of the stuff that happens after clean hits.

They should be fining the owners, it would stop immediately.

depends on the fine... and maybe the owner.

I like to see guys battling and when they have had enough, they drop the gloves.

In a league, like many other sports, with concussion lawsuits hovering over their head, I can't see how they can continue to accept those fights.

Yeah someone is going to win a ton of money in a lawsuit and then you will see a change...................these owners are billionaires, nothing is going to change.

Side note.

After reading this article
http://www.sportsnet.ca/h...son-sedin-thornton-orpik/

I would not be surprised if LAK's are somehow able to convince another team to take Dustin Brown off of their hands. I would hate it, but not be surprised.
This would be too bad, because it would be nice to see them have to buy him out.
Terrible signing in retrospect.
Just my .02

Also, why does Vancouver have 2 ?
I would put Burrows as our candidate for most difficult to trade.

Im sure theres alot of teams that could make the Sedins work, and Letang for pitsburgh, really Im sure tons of teams would try and get him if he was shopped. Id agree with your burrows as the hardest

The announcer just called Bonino a good middleweight

Three minutes later he said that was Boninos first fight ever

if you eat salary, anything is possible. especially if you are only eating salary for a year or two. or longer if you are trading Lu.

on the final year of their contract, if the Sedins waived their ntc and the Canucks ate salary, there would be a few interested teams for sure. (as long as they are still somewhat productive, their addition would be like adding another scoring line to a team)

PIT retains 1/3rd of Scuderi's salary in that CHI-PIT trade.

Probably not (and i'm ok with that personally), however the point remains that they are not the most difficult contract to move on our team.
