The Rumor Chart is a place I can put my many sources into solid educated guesses regarding where I feel a player could end up playing...I can often include hints in there that can show you some of the stuff that is being discussed behind the scenes in the hockey world....as well as off the record tidbits that I can't write about directly, but I can use in formulating my percentages...I look at the salary cap and put out my opinions...I can also change percentages quickly and keep everything the most up-to-date as possible between blogs.
