Yeah, mostly.

They were a pretty stark contrast to all the melodramatic coming out of the 90's though. It was refreshing at the time, now they're just a bit tiresome.

I pretty much agree with you

They're okay to listen to, but they never got me excited or anything. to me they just come across as a more streamlined, boring version of Pavement.
