The media is still braindead I guess. Toews has never even been a top 2 player on his team let alone in the league. Keith and Kane have always been better.

He's always been a really good player and he fits into their team really well but if you're starting from scratch you're not picking Toews as your #1 over guys like Crosby or Malkin or anyone like that.
