Also, being in the league or a player doesn't necessarily mean u know more than everybody else. It's this kind of thinking that got mike milbury hired. The players he traded away coulda built a dynasty alone. A random guy off the streets coulda done a better job than him.
Even the great one wasn't an effective coach or a great eye for talent when he was with the yotes.

There are a few here that get off on inciting me and then appear puzzled that I react the way I do.

Not a fan of seeing him play with gionta, the guy is too old to keep up. By the time the kid is in the zone, gionta is two strides behind. Perhaps some switch ups with his wingers will help, but I also think sometimes he just needs to play a little more selfish (in a good way) hockey. There were a couple times vs the devils when he tried looking for a pass, (which wasn't there) and decided to skate around with the puck, which led to either a giveaway or just dumping the puck.

Although there is a time and place for that, he needs to do what stars do and use his ability to score. He's got a crazy shot and great skating. Teams are already giving him that respect. You can see people close in on him two at a time, which is where a trailing Gionta isn't helping as he can't deliver a pass if no one's there, while he's occupying two defenders. Get him to shoot a little more often and I think he'll get back into his groove. Not every goal needs to be highlight reel shot, but if there's traffic in front, use that shot of his and go for it.

A top 3 center lineup of O'Reilly, Johansen, and Eichel is ridiculous, but you better win the cup inside of 3 seasons or it will quickly become unsustainable for the cap.

I would be VERY hesitant to include the 2016 1st pick as I think they will be picking very high and it could be the first overall after the lottery, or top 3.
