Some of you just don't get it. I watched the game last night again today, and other than two questionable passes in the first period, Manning was fine. He and Ghost are developing some good chemistry and his passes out of the zone are improving.

People keep putting him down, yet his teammates, coaches, and the GM seem to like the way he plays. He challenges but doesn't take stupid penalties. He's not a heavyweight champ, yet he sticks his nose in during scrums and will get involved when necessary. Barring a total meltdown on the ice, I think Hak sticks with 23/53 as long as the team is winning.

He's a #7 NHL dman talent at best. He sucked without Ghost, gives me confidence in Ghost more than anything.

Briere's ain't bad at all for a trashy chick, especially if those are real.

Pronger was more of the crosscheck you in the back so hard you split in two kind of physical than he was bone crunching hits skating across the middle.
