He's overplaying the bottom 6 talent on the roster IMO. And he had Voracek playing with VDV at ES for waaaay too long. Team has won games despite some of his decisions IMO(natural ups and downs of a season for a middle of the pack team).

The team is 7-2-1 in the last 10 games and they're two points out of a playoff spot. His player usage has followed a predictable pattern. While I don't agree with every single move he's made, I think he's doing a fine job. Just because I don't agree with a move, doesn't make it a mistake.
