They let little stuff go all game, if your doing that you don't call both penalties late in the game. Call everything or keep it consistent, you can't change with under three minutes left.

He's 4th in the NHL (among d men) in even strength points per 60 minutes. That's incredibly impressive considering we are such a low scoring team. He should be getting recognized very soon as a top defender

I thought this would be a good time to vent about offside challenges. Now assume with under 3 mins left Chi enters the zone offside. Buff takes 2 minors on that play. Buff can't challenge it because a goal was not scored yet the missed call easily could have led to 2 ppg's and a buff loss.

Chi was onside so while this is irrelevant I'm only posting to point out how flawed the rule is in assuming that offside only matters on a goal.

I clearly saw a slash on Ugwand. My view on the officials was they didn't call obvious penalties in the first and decided to impact the outcome of the game late in the 3rd. I hate when they call games like that.

Yeah cuz it's tough to score on a 6-3 when a referee bites on a Kane dive (watch the play again if you must) and they call 2 penalties on the same team on the same play with 2 minutes left in a tight game. Try to find that, it doesn't happen. Those refs should be sent to the ahl. The phantom make up call on Chi in OT was even more pathetic
