They really needed to get some guys from WBS that are used to winning games injected into the lineup. They need to put Rust in and send Plotnikov to WBS for 10 ganes to learn how to win and find any kind of scroing touch. He has what 1 point in 30 games? Thats terrible and hes not a terrible player.

But Rust is an American player who didn't come up through the CHL

Does Kessel play better with 3C caliber centers? If Crosby passed that to him he would have hit the score board with it.

Maybe Kessel should play with Bonino instead of 87/71. It must remind him of Bozak.

You could hear someone on the Pens bench say "(frank)in right" right after the Fehr fight
- Pens_Burgh

Yes but there is no evidence thats proves fighting helps ur team. No chart means its not real.

Yeah, he's also not the next hockey messiah either. Name me 1 star player that didn't play in the CHL I'll name you 20 that did.

Scotty Wilson is playing his way into deserving to be here for the rest of the year. He's half Jenner's size and went after him like he was Godzilla and Jenner was a Japanese guy on a bike. And that pass to Kessel was perfection. Boone Jenner just one a a whole collection of giant douche bags.

Agree! I would also like to see Sheary stay even when Crosby and Bennett are healthy. Some one else had the idea of sending Plotnikov down which isn't a bad idea, he could use it.

Kunitz - Crosby - Bennett
Sheary - Malkin - Hornqvist
Wilson - Bonino - Kessel
Perron - Cullen - Fehr

This is the first time in HCMS's tenure that the Penguins have led after any period.

Get Kunitz off the top line and you've got yourself a deal, sir.

Disclaimer: I don't have valid opinions at this point in the night. I'm in a state of Penguins euphoria and its clouding my judgement

Yes isn't that funny when you put a few players that aren't stars in a team of stars & they try & prove themselves!

As I said before I believe overconfidence killed this team at the start then they poop themselves, so now it's up to Sully & his 'plugs' to save the season!!

This is the best thing that's happened with Sid sitting & watching!! Reboot the system & come back hungry & humble!!!

He couldn't see around Dubinsky, but he is definitely fighting the puck right now.

I expect the Jackets to come out physical for the third. Let's see what we are made of.

I've never been anti-fighting. I hate staged fights between two plugs that amicably agreed to a joust before a face off. I love it when emotions take over players and they drop the gloves. I still cannot justify giving a roster spot to a goon who's only job is to throw punches. A good team with a cohesive locker room should always be willing to go to war for each other.
