I want Pedan to play a physical game, just hoping he doesn't get put into a role where he feels he is expected to fight every game. You can step up and not fight, hoping he brings some element of intimidation and opponents won't be lining up to fight him.

Last game was a good example

I had a dream last night Vey scored a goal tonight in a scramble in front of the net.

if you are going to dream, why not make it a GH hat-trick?

The difference between Eller and Simmonds is 400 K . One year more in length . Again there is no cap issue.

But Eller does not = Simmonds. I doubt Philly adds or takes back less to trade Simmonds to Montreal. I doubt Montreal adds Eller as a free cap dump to make the numbers work. Montreal trades Eller to another team and still gets next to nothing for him as teams will be vultures when looking at MTL. Why trade for Ellers when you can give them no other choice but to give away other players.

Burrows, Higgins and Henrik are all set to go tonight against the Kings.

I agreeā€”it'll be interesting to see if Pedan can keep up his hitting. Remember, it was the LA game in December when he played 3:54 at forward.

Here's today's blog. No points for Boeser or Virtanen (so far, anyway) over in Finland...
