Winnepeg has a big engorcing dman in byfuglien so a guy like bogo is expendable. We needed toughness on the back end and myers was expendable to us bcz of risto. Bogosian has been prone to injuries but he's a solid 3rd or 4th guy on this team long term. Myers is probably a better overall talent but he's prone to a lot of stupid play. Armia is the pure definition of BUST thus far and Stafford is nothing more than a 3rd liner with 2nd line splutters.

I'm not 100% ready to appoint Kane as innocent but to me at least it doesn't add up. Kane is far better than Stafford any ammeter pee wee hockey coach can tell you that. His best center in Winnepg was Oli Jokienen! Lemiuex is a punk who shows early pre Madonna signs and Armia sucks. A first rounder too? Big deal we had tons of those. Risto is proving to be far, far, far superior that Myers making him expendable.

Armia isnt special, what does Lemieux's refusal to sign have to do with anything? Doesn't mean you throw him into an already lopsided deal.

1st round picks deliver unknowns...he might be an all star or never play.

25 games 13 points. 3 points in his last 5 games. He's had two small stretches where he wasn't putting up points. Other than that has been solid.

What we gave up is fine. None of them will ever be superstars.
