He bumps weise. He's still behind the other 6 players - Just5
If you took Schenn and put him on a team that isn't inept at scoring on the whole, I would see him bumping:
Boston - Spooner, Beleskey, maybe Hayes
Montreal - Weise, Fleishmann
Florida - Jokinen, Pirri., maybe R. Smith
Just my take. But I don't hate my teams either, so we're gonna disagree. |

B schenn is a 3rd line scorer at this point in his career. He did well to pad his totals last year in a meaningless last 10 games. But he's not consistent enough to be a top 6 scorer on a good team. |

Here's why you really shouldn't worry about Ghost on defense:
He doesn't have to be Nik Grossmann in his own zone b/c he's pretty bonkers at defending his own blueline and denying opponents entry at all.
(That Russian ain't bad either) - Tomahawk
I wasn't worried at all -- the eye test was telling me that kid is among the least of our concerns
The Russian's a little soft when the puck's in his own zone, but I can live with that because of the other stuff he brings to the table and with the fact that if you look around the league, damn near every defender has warts, not just him

Preach that -- doesn't make him a bad player. Just means that the Flyers are going to be fine if/when they choose to move on |

First of all, Schenn had 47 points last season. If you think that is 3rd line scoring totals in the NHL, you're mistaken. Secondly, did you subtract the points from meaningless games from the point totals of the players on other teams?

I'd take Spooner, Hayes and Pirri over him, especially if he wants a raise
I'd take him over the rest

We've confirmed that Umberger has a NMC and his NTC is 10-teams. Full details: http://www.generalfanager.com/players/1558 - PhillySportsGuy

With an NMC in his back pocket, there's pretty much no need to even discuss him anymore until the buyout period, wouldn't you think? He's going nowhere unless he's bought out

I still think they buyout Lecavalier first. It's not ideal, but they don't even dress Vinny for Pete's Sake |

I hear you, brother -- I admire Hextall for being what I am not: patient
But you almost have to believe one or the other has to go this time |

It's part of the CBA. At some point, the Flyers need to make the determination that having a useful player who can play is better than having multiple contracts buried in the minors or as a scratch

I know someone who had two they were breeding. Honestly, the closest thing I'll probably ever feel to being up close and personal with a dinosaur. Just gave me that feeling man. |

Does that still transfer even after his trade from Columbus or is it removed. |
