JB already said that he couldn't trade Higgins, you easy up 1.4 million in cap if you send him down so it doesn't save anything.
- Pres.cup

Roster space for someone else. Also the cap you save would cover the call-up player.

Somewhat. When he has the puck. Might as well be a man short when he doesn't. Kid has some slick hands though.

The hawks kept vets around while injecting youth. You don't wanna do that. Thus you want an edm rebuild. It's either keep the vets around and inject youth or cut them and do an edm rebuild.

You are so wrong . I do want vets I don't want vets that won't stick up for each other. I don't want vets that won't go to the front of the net.

Give me a Travis Hamonic over a Hamhuis Edler or Tanev any day.

Give me an Andrew Ladd over this teams leadership.

I want vets leading this team just not wussy vets like we have

Virtanen hasn't played much this period.
Looks to be injured when he has.

I'm not very advanced, I don't understand.
I like bubbles and watching insects on water.

You threw out the fist insult .

I merely stated a fact last night that it was a good night for tank nation.

I never said if I was for or against, merely stating a fact. The person who posted after me had a sign but I just said it was a good night for that group.

You fired back with You are a true Oiler fan. The fact is I could care less about the Oilers or the way they do things

When I went to my truck minutes later on the 1040 they were discussing the very same thing. Angus Reid ( a pro athelete) and the other guy Sahir or whatever his name is said the exact same thing about serviceable draft picks for the Canucks . They called them bubble picks and that Canucks need to lose to get the top draft picks.

You may not be on board and that is fine. There are thousands in the city that would like a top 5 draft pick.

You can't just stick your fingers in your ears and go la la la don't want to hear it. We are talking about it like it or not

i always want my team to win.

at the end of the season we make the best of where we stand, and if we get 1st overall i hope we think long and hard about trading down to Arizona.

the package that Arizona would give up for the local kid Mathews would INSTANTLY make us contenders again and stock the cupboards for a Generation of Canuck fans.

and YES i would want Lucic or Ladd at 6 plus as opposed to Burrows and Higgins at there current 7 per year hit. character BC boys to lead the next gen into the future
