Hornqvist was all over the net tonight, I though he looked great. I don't understand how anyone can criticize Hornqvist and compliment Perron in the same sentence. Hornqvist get more shots a game than anyone on our team, he's our agitator and net front guy, he plays balls to the wall every shift. All I see from Perron is a guy who is never where he should be and always looking where the puck isn't.

Well I think Detroit has a good team. If the Pens can play a good team & win 5-2 then that's proof that there is life in the old girl!! Need consistency & hopefully another good win against the Isles will give them the confidence to get consistency!

Oh look a question from an arrogant, condescending Blackhawks fan! Yay! The all mighty Hawks fan wants to know something but how about he answers a question first? How the hell do you trade Daley for Scuderi, even with salary retained? Daily has been a revelation considering we all thought we couldn't trade Scuderi for a 28th round pick even with 50% salary retained(the most allowed). Daley has been a welcome addition and his skating and puck handling are pretty close to elite. Scuderi is already being scratched and is likely 2 Scuderi games away from being sent to the AHL on a one way ticket. Basically you got Scuderi and a draft pick for Patrick Sharp who is lighting it up in Dallas. Does that hurt at all or does your arrogance from being last years champ anesthetize those 2 huge blunders?

Maybe it was a legitimate question, but I also took it as a smart-ass response. I think that the firing of Mike Johnston was the proper move and that eventually Mike Sullivan will get this team on the right track. Simply put, Johnston was severely out coached from about the midway point of last season. Sullivan seems to be more in tune with what it takes to win consistently in the NHL.

I am happy you guys are thrilled with Scuderi, he is definitely a better fit on the Blackhawks than here.

To be honest, I was hoping for a Clendening/Glendening matchup last night.

Hornqvist was awesome last night. Thing about a net-front guy is that he's worthless if the other guys he's out there with aren't getting shots on net. That's been the story for most of the year.

Trading him would be a colossal mistake - he's built to get in goalie's heads in the playoffs.
