I hope so. Okafor is brutal defensively and I'm sick of his (frank)ing moping every game like the losing is everyone else's fault. Maybe try hedging on a pick and roll once in a while instead of planting yourself in the (frank)ing paint. - PhillySportsGuy
A hedge in the NBA! That's actually funny. |

Cooper is a fool! Just play Drouin 18 minutes on the top line and he'll put up 80 points like Voracek did. All based on his pt/60 stat. I'm not sure why coaches and GM's just don't forget about watching the game, and just use stats! - MJL

12-13 was when his ES scoring went down. Also the season the Flyers defense lost Pronger and Carle, and Meszaros got ruined by injuries. - Feanor
Pronger was elite overall, and Carle was an elite point producer at ES. That pairing completely controlled the game when they were out there. I think when the team gets a lot better so will Giroux and his point production. |

I like the horizontal stripe in the middle. The logo blows. They need to lose the cat, put it on the shoulder if they really want it |

I have no issue with that. It then becomes at what cost? The problem is many don't want to consider that Drouin could wind up as just a guy also. Reality is that there isn't a poster here who truly knows. Fun to discuss certainly, but some are wanting to trade the farm and offer up top defense prospects who use to be the future and saviors of the team because a shiny new toy came along. - MJL
I think that most people on here realize that he could be "just a guy." However, he has a lot of potential to be more, and he would also be much cheaper, at least in the short-term, than B. Schenn. He also could fill an area of need, LW.
Also, as I said to SSB, I saw 2 people propose deals including one of our top defense prospects (who could all become "just a guy") for him, so it's not like the majority of us want to. I wouldn't give up Simmonds for him, nor one of the big-4 prospects, nor an unprotected 1st for him. But if the package was something like Schenn, Hagg/Cousins, 2nd, I'd consider it. |

. From ridiculo
Proposed deals for Drouin have been all over the map. From ridiculous, to at least reasonable. He's just the newest shiny toy. |

I like this one more:
I realize they're a good team right now, but they've been in the NHL for 22 years and can't grow a fan base. |

Apparently Kerby Rychel has also asked to be traded out of CBJ. Big, young, physical LW power forward with scoring ability. 5 goals 18 points in 20 AHL games this season. 12 goals 33 points in 50 last year.
3 assists plus 3 in 11 games with CBJ this year averaging less than 8 minutes of ice time per game.

That's certainly the best way to defend it with any player. Defense is really just feigned in the NBA. |

Exact opposite for me.

I saw I think AllIn or J35 and (I think) PLind propose deals including any of Provorov/Morin/Sanheim/Ghost. I could be wrong, but that's what i remember. |

I would be in the NOT including any top prospects.
My deal was B.Schenn + Cousins.

My proposed NHL Rule:
If your team cannot sustain a 50% home capacity over a 5 year period, your team must either fold or move to a different state/province. |

This is a very realistic trade scenario, as CBJ would look for defense.
I'd offer hagg and a 4th |
