I mean Read isn't big. Laughton isn't big. B. Schenn isn't big. Raffl isn't big. Giroux isn't big. Simmonds is tall but not big in a sense.

They just seem to lack size.

I'd take him any day over White, Vandevelde, or Umberger.

That's fine, if they want to get bigger. Just have no interest in Boyle.

Plus, he'll pick a fight with a guy half his size when his team is losing and will turtle if a legit tough guy wants to fight him.

I don't really want Boyle either.

KInd of sucks the Flyers couldn't have been able to handle the Maroon thing. Whatever it was. He would have been a nice 4th possible 3rd liner. That's also why I wouldn't have minded making a player for Kassian on waivers.

Think both would be able to upgrade the roster in a way.

I really wanted Boyle at the time too. Hell of a bottom six guy.

Right now it's a bit of both i would guess.
I did see in the last game a few shifts where you had Jake and Simmonds on the first line.

You have Giroux, Voracek and to a lesser extent Simmonds that have something dynamic from a skill perspective.

You then have a bunch of similar If scenario A takes place then Player will produce type people.
